Victorian modernisation - gorwell
This project involved the comprehensive remodelling of a Victorian-style semi-detached property, undertaken over a period of more than a year. The original house was fully stripped back and reconfigured, allowing the home to be carefully rebuilt to modern standards while respecting its period character.
The works included a loft conversion, a side extension that more than doubled the footprint of the original property, and a bespoke kitchen extension. Roof lanterns and Velux rooflights were strategically incorporated to maximise natural light, transforming the ground-floor living spaces into bright, open, and inviting areas.
THE LITTLE ORCHARD
This project comprised a full reconfiguration of the ground floor, anchored by an impressive rear extension. The extension was designed with a clean, contemporary form and finished with an eco flat roof, creating a strong architectural presence while improving light, space, and flow throughout the ground floor.

This project involved the delivery of a bespoke extension to the kitchen and music room of a residence owned by a local vicar. The brief was to create spaces that enhanced the functionality of the home while subtly reflecting the calm, architectural presence of a traditional chapel.
Great care was taken in the consideration of proportions, detailing, and materials to evoke a sense of quiet elegance and reverence, while ensuring seamless integration with the existing property. The completed extension is refined and harmonious, balancing character, craftsmanship, and contemporary living.
